Koldo Casla is a human rights activist and researcher. Researcher on the rights to housing and health in Spain for Amnesty International (2014-2015). Former Chief of Staff of the Human Rights Commissioner of the Basque Country (Ararteko) (2011-2013) and coordinator of Rainbow Has project on the prevention of homophobic bullying in schools, funded by the European Commission (2013-2014). PhD candidate at King’s College London, studying why Western European states promote international human rights law from the combined perspectives of English School of International Relations and Critical Legal Studies.
